History

While Cott’s history dates back to the early 1920s, we have undergone significant transformation and diversification over the last five years as we have moved from a predominantly carbonated soft drink manufacturer to a leading service based business focused in the growing categories of water, coffee and coffee extracts, tea and filtration solutions primarily delivered through direct-to-consumer routes throughout North America and Europe. Below you will find a timeline of recent acquisitions.
